Ron Mitchell, JD, MBA is a critically acclaimed life changing author, world-renowned ignite coach, speaker and educator. He is a relentless advocate, philanthropist, and entrepreneur and former business school professor. A former Booz Allen Hamilton Management Consultant and change management thought leader. Ron is better known, for his creative style and high-energy messages and ability to ignite the greatness in organizations, communities and people. As a result, of his own personal experiences as they relate to hardship, extreme poverty, the absence of his biological father, academic struggles, and a pool of other obstacles. Most people complete high school and college in four years. Ron took five years to graduate from high school because he read at a 5th grade level. His “no sleep or eat until I become elite” attitude feeds his spirit. Ron continued to press forward and ten years later he completed his undergraduate studies. This persistence gave birth to his academic prowess and launched his “call on your greatness” attitude!

A veteran of the U.S. Army Ron received his B.A. from DePaul University, a jurist Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a MBA from the Clark Atlanta University School of Business.

Ron’s commitment to community activism has been long standing. It began when he was robbed at gunpoint and he convinced the gunman not to kill him by connecting with him as a person and then igniting his spirit. From that moment Ron’s community service work, and effort have fueled celebrated programs like the Power Texting Program and birthed the BEM Foundation with co founder Welton Barnes. This program was featured in The Harvard Crimson and targets high risk high school and college students by providing them with the academic tools, resources, and leadership skills they need to produce extraordinary results in their respective lives and community.

Ron is the epitome of the words grind, resilience, determination, and achievement. Ron’s reach is boundless and followers across the globe have been able to apply the principles revealed in his mobile application, workshops and critically acclaimed autobiography, No Matter What You’ve Got To Live Your Dreams. Which has inspired a new generation and fueled success for many. His sophomore release, No Matter What You’ve Got To Live Your Dreams workbook, includes such topics as how to overcome obstacles, incorporate effective habits, find purpose for your life. A former U.S. congressional candidate, Ron has work with and advised people throughout the world. His honors include various awards bestowed by the business and legal community. Welton Barnes is a recognized thought leader, teacher and consultant in organizational behavior, peak performance management, and organizational development. He has guided and consulted numerous athletes, reputable organizations and Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, Best Buy, Capital One Bank, Comcast, Marriott Hotel, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, Honest Tea and more.

As a student, Welton encountered many challenges throughout his academic journey. Upon arrival, he became aware of his lack of preparation for college. However, through his academic struggles his parents gave all they could to establish his pride and build his self-confidence. As a collegiate athlete, Welton played basketball and football where he learned the value of resilience and teamwork. Although, he was becoming a stronger student athlete, he encountered a pitfall and left college before completing his degree. At a young age he became a parent and began to take on the learning and challenges of fatherhood. As a result, things became very difficult as Welton began his journey towards finding himself.

The son of a retired police officer and pastor, Welton was inspired by his parent’s hard work, faith, morals and passion for community service. Like his father he took an oath to protect and serve the community as a police officer. During his spare time he mentors high school and college students, coaches youth sports, and is a sounding voice within the areas of personal development.

Welton holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. He is also a graduate of the National Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. While a police officer of the Alexandria (VA) Police Department, he was injured while on duty, which led to an early retirement. Ignited by his injury he followed his passion for coaching and partnered with Joe Wooten to coach high school basketball. During this time, Welton honed his ability as a peak performance coach, where he leveraged his knowledge of systems thinking to enhance team development and gameplay. He also co-founded the BEM Foundation and helped developed the critically acclaimed “Power Texting Program,” which was featured in The Harvard Crimson. In addition to his professional roles, he also shares his life with his wife, Andrea, and his two wonderful children, Marcus and Trey.

Kathleen Murphy

Kathleen is a former management consulting with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions and managing stakeholder expectations across large programs. During this time, she has focused on preparing and enabling organizations to successfully navigate through the delivery of organizational, process and technology changes and solutions. She has worked in the Energy, Education, Government, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries.

Kathleen is very passionate about enabling K-12 and college students with the necessary skills to have a successful career in S.T.E.M. In addition, she actively participates in volunteer, corporate citizenship and recruiting initiatives.

Kathleen holds a lean Six Sigma black belt and certified Project Management Professional. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.

Ryan Prucker

Ryan is an ignite coach and a nationally recognized expert in helping others Reboot their lives, their business, and their dreams. He has been featured in the national media including contributor to the national media including Entrepreneur Magazine, US World & News Report, Fox News Channel, MSN.com, and dozens of other media outlets for his work. He is the author of several books including Cause AN Effect. Ryan has worked with influential leaders and established brands including, First Lady Michelle Obama, The White House, Academy Award-winning actor Martin Sheen, Matthew Perry, Lockheed Martin, Best Buy Mobile, American Heart Association, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Joshua Bush

Joshua Bush is a Senior Consultant at BEM Enterprise. LLC. He has studied, researched, written and spoken for years in the fields of organizational leadership, executive coaching, multicultural and multi-generational workforce development, and business strategy. Joshua Bush’s research expertise focuses on issues related to executive development, cultural diversity in organizations, millennial leadership, and organizational change.

Prior to BEM Enterprise, Joshua served as a Government Leaders for Tomorrow Fellow at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). While at HHS, he led workshops and seminars on the topics of multi-generational workforce integration, leadership development and organizational awareness. He also served as a Student Consultant to Morgan State University’s Board of Regents and President. Afterwards, he was appointed, as a Senior Trainer to assist with the learning and development needs of 1600+ stakeholders towards the organizational re-alignment of the university’s service culture.

In 2014, he partnered with global law firm, DLA Piper, LLP towards a global-wide initiative to automate their organizational communication for over 4200+ attorneys and stakeholders. In his spare time, he conducts academic and personal coaching for underrepresented students to enhance participant’s decision-making skillsets.

Joshua received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with concentrations in organizational strategy and interpersonal development from Morgan State University. He completed his financial coursework at Georgetown University and he is currently completing a Masters of Science in Organizational Dynamics at The University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Organizational Project Leadership and Executive Coaching.

Prior to BEM Enterprises LLC, he worked as a Product Management Lead at a top  electronics company where he was responsible for creating & launching IoT and web/wearable/mobile based products, which made a huge impact in the global market.  He believes in innovation, collaboration, integrity and effective use of technology to solve problems. He has shown commitment and decision makings skills in his product management & software development experience. He has worked on innovative ideas, and taken them through product lifecycle phases which include setting a vision, planning a product roadmap, writing user stories, coordinating, communicating launch, handling post-launch feedback and finally converting those ideas into full scale products following best practices. He also worked as Software developer at Top IT Company and worked in various programming languages.
